ITD & Virtech participated in Crossroads 2025, organised by Start Up, Bulgaria! and scheduled for October 17-19 in Sofia, is one of the region’s key startup and entrepreneurship gatherings. It hosted over 3,000 founders, investors and business leaders from southeastern Europe and beyond.

The agenda emphasised scaling businesses, building investment readiness, talent acquisition and product-market fit in emerging ecosystems. Across multiple tracks there were expert keynotes, hands-on workshops and deal-flow networking designed to bridge local startups with global capital.

The conference aimed to stimulate growth in Bulgaria’s innovation ecosystem, foster new partnerships and showcase regional talent. With a strong focus on execution rather than just ideas, Crossroads 2025 positioned itself as a key moment for founders to gain traction, engage with VCs and meet peers at a decisive point in their scale-up journey.
